Why is it one flat price instead of a cheap starter tier?

Because a cheap starter tier usually isn't cheap once you actually run a shop on it. The tools you need every day, inventory, API access, real quote volume, tend to sit behind add-ons or forced upgrades. We put them in the plan so the price you see is the price you pay. No module you have to buy back to make the software useful.

Is there really no cap on quotes or invoices?

Correct. Send as many as you want on any plan, including Starter. Your busiest month never triggers a forced upgrade or an overage charge. Growth shouldn't cost you extra just for happening.

What does it actually cost to add my whole team?

Starter includes 2 users, Pro includes 5, and Custom is unlimited. Beyond the included seats it's a low flat per-user rate, and on annual billing that drops further. Production staff who only need the job board don't need to cost you a full seat, talk to us about roster-only access.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. Onboarding is included on every plan. You won't get a separate four-figure implementation invoice before you've run your first job. Setup help is part of what you're already paying for.

How does the 90-day free trial work?
