Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 2, 2026
PrintSked ("PrintSked," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at printsked.com and the PrintSked application at app.printsked.com (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.
By using the Services you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for a specific processing activity, we will obtain it separately.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers two distinct categories of people.
PrintSked account holders and website visitors. If you sign up for a trial, subscribe, visit our website, or contact us, PrintSked is the controller of your personal information and this Policy applies directly to you.
End users of PrintSked customers. If a print shop, sign shop, or other business uses PrintSked to manage its own customers, employees, or suppliers, PrintSked processes that information as a service provider on behalf of that business. The business is responsible for its own privacy practices toward those individuals. If you believe a PrintSked customer holds your information and you want to exercise privacy rights, you should contact that business directly.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Give Us
When you register, request a demo, start a trial, subscribe, or contact us, we collect:
- Name, email address, company name, and job title
- Account credentials
- Billing and subscription information
- Communications you send us, including support requests
2.2 Information You Enter Into the App
PrintSked customers enter business data to manage their operations. Depending on how a customer uses the app, this may include their customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses; quotes, orders, invoices, and payment details; job and production records; artwork and proofs; inventory and supplier records; employee and staff records; and time records.
PrintSked stores and processes this data on behalf of the customer. The customer controls what is entered and is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it.
We generally do not require and do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or other categories of "sensitive personal information" (as that term is defined under the CCPA and similar laws) through the Services. To the extent a customer chooses to enter such information into a free-text field, the customer, not PrintSked, is responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. PrintSked does not use or disclose it for any purpose beyond storing and processing it on the customer's behalf.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services we automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Pages visited, features used, and time spent
- Referring URLs and clickstream data
- Session identifiers and log data
- Error and diagnostic information
We collect this through server logs, cookies, and analytics tools including Google Analytics. See Section 5 for details on cookies and how to control them.
2.4 Information From Third Parties
If you connect PrintSked to a third-party service, such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, a payment processor, or an automation platform, we receive information from that service to the extent needed to provide the integration you authorized. What we receive depends on the permissions you grant.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following purposes.
Providing the Services. Creating and managing accounts, authenticating users, processing subscriptions, providing quoting, job management, production, proofing, inventory, and reporting functionality, and supporting integrations you enable.
Improving the Services. Understanding how the Services are used, identifying bugs, improving performance, developing new features, and conducting internal research. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for these purposes, including analytics, product development, research, and improving the Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Security and fraud prevention. Detecting and preventing unauthorized access, abuse, and fraud; investigating security incidents; enforcing our Terms of Service.
Communications. Sending account, billing, security, and support messages. Where you have consented or we have a legitimate interest, sending product updates and feature announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
Legal and compliance. Complying with applicable law, responding to lawful legal process, establishing or defending legal claims, and protecting the rights and safety of PrintSked, our users, and others.
AI features. Our AI Estimator and other AI-assisted features process the job information you provide in order to generate estimates and recommendations. We use aggregated and de-identified data to improve AI functionality. We do not use your specific business data to train general-purpose AI models for other customers without your consent.
Our AI-assisted features are designed to support decisions made by you or your business, for example by suggesting a price or production estimate. They are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual (such as decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or access to essential services) without a human involved. We do not currently use automated decision-making or profiling, as those terms are defined under applicable law, to make such decisions about individuals. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide any additional notice required by law.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers. We share information with companies that help us operate the Services. These providers may support functions such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, database services, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, analytics, error monitoring, and security. Each provider is contractually limited to using information only as needed to provide services to us.
Third-party integrations you enable. If you connect QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or another third-party application, information flows between PrintSked and that service as needed to power the integration. Your use of the third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy.
Advertising and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used and Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These providers may set cookies or similar technologies. See Section 5 for opt-out options.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers. If PrintSked is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice where required by law.
With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you direct us to or give consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies.
Essential cookies are required for authentication, session management, and basic site functionality. You cannot opt out of these without losing access to the Services.
Functional cookies remember your preferences and settings.
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our website. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising cookies are used to measure the performance of advertising campaigns. We use Meta Pixel for this purpose. These cookies may track your activity across websites.
You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using the link above, and manage your ad preferences directly with Meta.
Our Services do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no universally accepted standard. Where applicable law requires us to honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, we will do so.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business need. Backup copies may persist for a short additional period before deletion.
Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include access controls, authentication requirements, encryption of data in transit, and system monitoring. We do not publicly disclose the specific technologies, platforms, or vendors that make up our technical infrastructure. General practices are described in this Policy, and specific details are available to customers on request under confidentiality.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by the Services.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@printsked.com.
If we experience a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law. Where required, notice will be provided by email to the address on your account and, where appropriate, by a notice posted on the Services, and will describe the nature of the incident and the steps we are taking in response.
8. International Data Transfers
If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
For transfers of personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable law, which may include standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@printsked.com with a clear description of your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Identity verification. Before completing a request, we will take steps to verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information, or someone authorized to act on that person's behalf. Depending on the request, we may ask you to confirm information already associated with your account (such as your name and email address), verify your identity through your logged-in account session, or, for requests that cannot be verified this way, provide a signed declaration confirming your identity. We may decline a request if we are unable to reasonably verify identity.
Authorized agents. You may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask that person for proof that you gave them written permission to act for you. If they cannot provide it, we may deny the request in order to protect your information; you can still submit the request directly.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share
- Access specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
PrintSked does not sell personal information. If our use of advertising technologies such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics constitutes "sharing" under California law, you may opt out by contacting us at hello@printsked.com or by using a recognized opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control.
The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 2. We collect this information from you directly, from your use of the Services, and from third-party integrations you enable. We disclose these categories to service providers and, in the case of advertising and analytics technologies, to Meta and Google as described in Section 4.
Sensitive personal information. As described in Section 2.2, we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric data) through the Services. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is permitted under Cal. Civ. Code ยง 1798.121 and its implementing regulations.
Shine the Light. We do not share personal information with third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes. If this changes, California residents will be able to request, once per calendar year, information about what personal information was shared and with whom, by contacting hello@printsked.com.
To submit a California privacy request: hello@printsked.com.
Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)
We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
We rely on your consent or another lawful basis to collect and use your information. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to provide the Services.
Canadian residents may request access to personal information we hold, request correction of inaccurate information, and ask how we have used and disclosed your information. Contact us at hello@printsked.com.
Personal information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside Canada, including the United States, where different privacy laws may apply.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, PrintSked processes your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity: to provide the Services you have signed up for or requested
- Legitimate interests: to operate and improve the Services, prevent fraud, and communicate with users about the Services, where our interests are not overridden by your rights
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law
- Consent: where we have obtained your specific consent, which you may withdraw at any time
EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of their personal information, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. EEA residents may contact the supervisory authority in their country of residence.
For GDPR and UK GDPR requests, contact us at hello@printsked.com. We will respond within one month.
10. Children
PrintSked is business software intended for adults and is not directed to children. Our Services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, acting on behalf of a business.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law. In particular, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly and will not use it for any purpose other than as necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or permitted by law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us at hello@printsked.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly.
11. Third-Party Links and Services

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
